1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to improper use

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by Dhaaga.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

7. Policy Updates

Dhaaga reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
